Installing the Foundeo Spell Checker 2.0 Spell Server in a .NET environment should be the simplest Foundeo Spell Checker installation ever. The first two steps must be completed by a system administrator. If your application runs on a shared hosting environment and your ISP needs answers to questions that aren't covered in the documentation, you may have them contact us through the support form. You'll need to provide the ISP with your username and password. The password may be changed later.

•   Install a Java SDK. Download and install a SDK from Sun. The compiler that is included with the SDK and not the JRE is required to compile the wsdl. Foundeo Spell Checker for ASP.NET is not currently compatible with Java 5. The link above leads to the last Java 1.4 SDK
•   Download and extract the Foundeo Spell Checker 2.0 Spell Server product zip to a directory on your server. Run the Foundeo Spell Checker Server installer or install Foundeo Spell Checker.war if Tomcat is already installed on the server. .
•   Copy the bin directory to the root of your application or add the contents to your bin directory, copy the spellchecker directory from the product zip to your site and browse to /spellchecker/example.aspx to test. You will need to restart IIS or start Foundeo Spell Checker Server in the Services Panel if you didn't check run now during the installation..
