Can I order online with a credit card?

Yes, online ordering from Foundeo.com is handled via PayPal.

You do not need to become a PayPal member to complete your order; all you need is a credit card.

What about paying by check or other methods?

Paying with credit card is the fastest and easiest way to process your order, however, if you prefer to pay using other methods please contact us and we will work out the details.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

We will gladly accept Purchase Orders. Please Contact US if you are interested.

How much is shipping and handling?

Typically we do not physically ship the software to you. Instead, once your order is processed we provide a password that you can use to download your software.

If however you would like the software shipped to you on a CD, we can make arrangements for that. Please Contact Us and let us know.

What about technical support?

We provide free technical support for installation, and pre-sales via email. Please contact us with your question.

What is foundeo's refund policy?

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase for installation related issues.

Due to software piracy we cannot refund for other reasons.
