An enterprise license allows for unlimited internal (enterprise wide) use of the spell checker. This means you can install the spell checker on any server owned, or leased by the purchasing company.

Server Wide License (Per Physical Server)
The server wide license allows you to use the spell checker on as many sites as you want as long as they are all on the same physical server. Because it is licensed by physical server, this license is a great option if you use virtualization.
