Can I pay for an entire year at once?
Yes, when you signup select an annual plan, instead of a monthly plan. We also accept annual payments by check/purchase order, please contact us if you are interested.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time right from within your account.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?
Yes, just click on your Subscriptions tab and click Change Plan. For upgrades your card will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. For downgrades the new price will be charged at the next payment.
Can I upgrade to my HackMyCF subscription to a Foundeo Security Bundle?
Yes, you can upgrade your HackMyCF subscription to the Foundeo Security Bundle to add FuseGuard and Fixinator at any time.
What if I have more than 12 domains or servers?
You're not the first, please Contact Us and we'll setup a custom plan just for you.
Is there a free trial for HackMyCF?
Sorry, there is not a free trial. The cost to setup a HackMyCF account starts at $10 and you can cancel any time. FuseGuard and Fixinator both have free trials.
What is the refund policy?
If you are not happy with the service within the first 30 days we can provide you with a full refund.
If your account is canceled due to a violation of our Terms of Service (eg malicious use of the service), you will not be eligible for a refund.
