Can I cancel any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time right from within your account.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?

Yes, just click on your Subscriptions tab and click Change Plan. For upgrades your card will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. For downgrades the new price will be charged at the next payment.

What if I have more than 14 domains or servers?

You're not the first, please Contact Us and we'll setup a custom plan just for you.

What is the refund policy?

If you are not happy with the service within the first 30 days we can provide you with a full refund.

If your account is canceled due to a violation of our Terms of Service (eg malicious use of the service), you will not be eligible for a refund.
